- The number of rooms by tipology
- Facilities (restaurants, parking, SPA etc.)
- Revenue per room/year
- Occupancy index (better to have a monthly breakdown)
- Last three annual statements
- If the property needs for restoration works (or the date of the last restoration)
- Yearly Revenue (the last three years index)
- Yearly net yeld (last three years)
- Employees number (please specify whether seasonal or permanent employment)
- Requested amount.
